Clubs
Due to COVID our clubs provision is currently under review.
Educational Visits
The school firmly believes in the value of extending children’s education beyond the school premises so educational trips and visits are organised to support the learning of children across the school. We ask parents and carers to contribute towards the costs of these trips (which are kept to a minimum) but will always try to ensure that parents and carers are given plenty of notice so that out of school visits or events visiting school, particularly more expensive ones (e.g. PGL Liddington which is a residential visit) may be paid for in instalments.
Forest School
All children at St Christopher’s take part in ‘Forest School’. Whilst taking part the children experience a full curriculum at the ‘Forest School’ site (which is situated on the school grounds) where they are helped to develop personal confidence and self-esteem, social skills, a wider range of physical skills, a greater understanding about their own natural and man-made environments, a greater understanding of wider environmental issues, motivation and a positive attitude to learning.
